Dragons furious at being asked to play Leeds

With the entire world in the grips of the Coronavirus outbreak, Catalans and Leeds will be played behind closed doors this weekend.

Bernard Guasch has been scathing (again) of the RFL with Leeds Rhinos not escaping his ire.

Despite offering to have the fixture switched to Headingley or delay it whilst compensating Leed's travel costs all alternatives have been rejected, pretty bizarre when you consider that no TV deal means there is no reason not to move.

Dragons felt they couldn't pick from their season ticket holders to accommodate a reduced capacity so agreed to playing behind closed doors.

The irony that most of the Leeds fans will have already booked their long weekend away and will still be travelling isn't lost on me.

Did anyone say revenge for Dragons signing Folau?
